Caciotta is quite popular in its homeland cheese, it is prepared everywhere in Italy, using different types of milk, as well as supplementing it with various additives. Caciotta is an excellent sandwich cheese. It melts well and can be used in the preparation of various dishes of traditional Italian cuisine: pizza, pasta, risotto. It is quite possible to serve the mature varieties of Caciotta in the composition of a cheese plate, complementing white fruit wine, preferably of Italian origin, as well as sweet fruits, such as peaches or pears.

Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk,  rennet, salt, truffe (0.6%).
